Manchester United extended their unbeaten run to 15 matches with a 3-0 victory over Brighton in the Premier League on Tuesday night.

Solskjaer named an unchanged team from United's last Premier League game against Sheffield United and United were 2-0 up at half-time after goals from Mason Greenwood and Bruno Fernandes.

Greenwood's goal was a neat finish at the near post after a tricky run, before Fernandes' deflected effort beat Mathew Ryan in the Brighton goal.

United continued to impress after the break and went 3-0 up when Fernandes volleyed home from Greenwood's cross after a blistering counter-attack.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer afforded his key players a rest in the closing stages, with Fernandes and Pogba both coming off shortly after the hour mark.

The win for United moves them to within two points of fourth-placed Chelsea, although Frank Lampard's men do have a game in hand.
