Jose Mourinho and Claudio Ranieri ended up laughing after arguing pitchside about Andre-Frank Anguissa’s red card.

Anguissa was shown a second yellow when he clashed with Marcus Rashford only moments after Fulham had got a toe back in the game.

A penalty to make it 3-1 had given Fulham hope, before Anguissa was given his marching orders.

Anguissa was enraged with what appeared a soft decision and took several minutes to leave the pitch.

The midfielder argued with Rashford, the referee and the linesman as he protested his innocence.

Ashley Young eventually convinced Anguissa to make his exit, and the cameras switched to Ranieri and Mourinho debating the call.

Ranieri was clearly frustrated by the decision, while Mourinho was telling him his opinion of the situation.

In between the two managers was fourth official Mike Dean, who managed to ease the tension by making both men laugh.

Rashford would soon round off United’s impressive win with a strike that beat Sergio Rico at his near post.
