Manchester United have hardened their stance on Paul Pogba after Mino Raiola’s attempts to force a move to Real Madrid.

Old Trafford’s hierarchy insist it will take more than £150million to convince them to sell the France midfielder, who is desperate to join Zinedine Zidane at Santiago Bernabeu.

Man Utd maintain they are under no pressure to sell and are adamant they will not be bullied into letting their record signing go on the cheap.

Pogba’s agent Raiola has upped the ante in his attempts to force a move in recent days - revealing he is in the process of securing his client’s exit.

United have hit back - insisting Real will have to offer between £150m and the world record £198m Paris Saint-Germain paid for Neymar if they are to land the World Cup winner.

They believe the inflated transfer market, as well as his contract, which effectively has three years to run on it, means they are in a strong negotiating position.
