Manchester United were beaten against Wolves in the FA Cup, but fans identified one positive from the game after second-choice goalkeeper Sergio Romero made a number of important saves at Molineux.

Before United conceded their two goals, United fans praised the number two as the best back up in world football.

Romero has been understudy to David de Gea at United, but has regularly been used in cup competitions.

Instead of #DaveSaves, tweets of #SergioSaves flooded Twitter as United fans drooled over their quality in the goalkeeping department.

Romero was twice beaten after that effort, by Jimenez and then Jota, but his overall performance reminded United fans of his quality.

At Wolves, Romero was called into action in the first half as Diogo Jota raced towards goal, but the Argentine stopper was quickly off his line to deny Jota.

Then in the second half, Romero produced a stunning save to tip a powerful header from Raul Jimenez over the bar.
