Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici says Paulo Dybala is 'no closer' to leaving the club this summer, according to Sky Sports.

'The market is open and there is interest, but there are no names closer to a sale,' said Paratici.

'[Dybala] is a Juve player - indeed, he is a great Juve player.

Tottenham had agreed a £69million fee, but the deal was called off after Juventus feared they would not find a replacement.

On Wednesday, Juventus participated in their annual 'family' friendly, where the first team took on the B team.

Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri recently admitted that he would need to leave at least six players out of his Champions League squad. He said 'we run the risk of leaving out players of a really high level,' however, he would not be drawn into speculation about Dybala's future.

With Romelu Lukaku joining Inter Milan, Juventus have stepped up their chase of Mauro Icardi ahead of the transfer deadline on September 2..
