Paul Pogba says he is 'almost' ready to return to action for Manchester United after posting a workout video with his right leg in a cast.

The French midfielder has been out of action since the end of September and has had a stop-start season so far due to a series of injuries.

He has been recovering and training in Dubai over the international break, and has now posted a video of him working out on the rope.

Alongside the video, Pogba wrote: 'Almost there.

It has been reported that Pogba is not too far away from a return, and should be available for United's next game - against Liverpool on October 20.He missed recent matches against Leicester and West Ham due to an ankle injury, before returning to face Rochdale and Arsenal.

He then sat out of both a trip to AZ Alkmaar and United's defeat by Newcastle last Sunday.

Pogba has only played in one victory so far this season, albeit a comprehensive one over Chelsea on the first day of the season.
