UEFA have opened disciplinary proceedings against Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain following the first leg of the last 16 tie at Old Trafford.

"PSG fans played their part, but some of their behaviour clearly went too far."

"Our fans created a great atmosphere getting behind the team last night," a United source told the Manchester Evening News.
