Wilfried Zaha would be willing to return to Manchester United after asking to leave Crystal Palace this summer, according to reports.

According to the Daily Telegraph, United are also considering a move and Zaha would be open to re-joining his former club, even though Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will be playing in the Europa League next season.

Zaha failed to impress David Moyes and made just four first-team appearances during his time at Old Trafford before being loaned out to Cardiff City.

After replacing Moyes as United manager, Louis van Gaal allowed Zaha to return to Palace on loan before the deal was made permanent.

Despite his failed stint at Old Trafford, the Daily Telegraph reports that Zaha would 'seriously consider' moving back to United and is confident that he would be a success.

Solskjaer already has experience of working alongside Zaha as he was the manager at Cardiff City during the winger's short loan spell at the Welsh club.

Palace have put a £100m valuation on Zaha but it is understood that a deal could be agreed for around £70m. More: Manchester United FC. Advertisement.
